3-Months-Out Wedding Management

Already have all your ducks in a row and just looking for some assistance pulling all the final details together? This package is for you. Just as the package title suggests, planning guidance for our 3-Months-Out Package doesn’t start until 3 months out from the wedding day. Upon booking this package, you will receive our Recommended Vendors List. The rest of the planning will be in your capable hands until we hit that 3-months-out mark. Then, we’ll join your planning journey and help direct those final vendor communications as well as execute all the day-of details.

In order to make sure our team can provide the highest level of service you deserve, we require a 50% deposit on the day of signing. The final 50% of your total planning fees will be due 30 days prior to your wedding day. We accept payments in the form of credit card, check, or cash.

We have a fantastic team of assistants who we have trained to flawlessly execute weddings the Toujours way! Most of our assistants only help with day-of execution, but you may hear from them throughout your planning journey as well. Our current wedding assistant team is a strong group of 4 women and we’re grateful for their dedication to all of our Toujours brides. Based on how large your guest count is and how intricate your wedding day timeline looks, we’ll hand select the necessary number of assistants from our squad to ensure your wedding day is properly staffed.

On average, our brides spend between $400-550 per guest on their wedding day. To calculate your overall budget, you should first speak with your family and determine who will be contributing to the budget and what amount they’ll each be gifting to your big day. This will get you your overall budget. Then, you can divide that overall budget by how many guests you’d like to invite. This will show you how much you’ll be spending per guest. If your per-guest spending amount is too small, you may need to think about adjusting your guest list and/or your overall budget. Before you have a Disco Call with us, we ask that you have a close estimate of your overall budget and guest count ready for us so we can further determine if we are the best fit for you.
Side note: These days, we’re all eager to party after being isolated for so long. You can count on about 85-90% of your invited guest count to attend the wedding day. However, this percentage may vary depending on how many out-of-town guests you invite and how far away they live.

How can I calculate my overall budget?

Your wedding planner, of course! However, if you still haven’t found your ideal wedding planning team, no worries! If that’s the case, we recommend booking your venue first. Securing your venue will determine your wedding date and having a date is very important for making sure the rest of your vendors will be available to work with you on your wedding day.
